HuLaHo is developed by HuLaHo under LiMiT. The operator chooses deployment infrastructure and whether a local language model is enabled. Deterministic calculations run without a model call; private learning remains scoped to its workspace.
What sovereignty means here
The supplied backend stores workspace data on the deployment server. It can call a loopback model endpoint and does not require a third-party model API for deterministic tools. This is operational control, not evidence of EU-only hosting or a decentralized network.
