6 concise reference notes for sovereign design. These are public reference material, not private user records or a transfer of language-model weights.

Sovereign AI in HuLaHo

Here sovereignty describes operator control: deterministic live chat, locally configured storage, exportable knowledge and optional model use. It is a product design goal, not a certification of EU hosting, ownership, legal compliance or immunity from external access.

Model-free default

HuLaHo uses explicit tools, stored replies and source retrieval by default. No model request is needed for these operations. A stored lesson can be reused cheaply, but it does not confer unrestricted understanding or general language generation.

Private and shared learning

Facts, source answers and chat recall belong to the current workspace. Shared function contributions and operator-published dialogue packs use separate review paths. Private transcripts are not automatically pooled into public answers.

Data location and control

A deployment operator must verify server, proxy, backup and model locations. Installing this source code does not establish where infrastructure runs. Review access permissions and retention alongside the application controls.

Reviewed capability growth

New functions are confined to a bounded expression grammar and checked against examples. Shared changes require operator activation. Submitted text cannot install packages, execute shell commands or rewrite the server.

Knowledge maintenance

Reference notes are a versioned snapshot. Keep dates and source links, review changed claims and retire stale lessons. User submissions are evidence to inspect, not automatic authority. Tests check represented cases and do not prove universal truth.
